Chocolate Chip Pancakes

Ingredients
- 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1 large egg
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup mini chocolate chips
Instructions
- 1Whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.
- 2In another bowl, whisk the milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla together.
- 3Pour the wet mixture into the dry mixture and stir just until combined; do not overmix.
- 4Fold in the chocolate chips.
- 5Heat a lightly greased griddle or nonstick pan over medium heat and ladle on about 1/4 cup of batter per pancake.
- 6Cook until bubbles appear on top and the bottom is golden, about 2 minutes, then flip and cook another 1 to 2 minutes until cooked through. Serve immediately while warm.
