Garlic Butter Chicken Thighs

Ingredients
- 8 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 4 tbsp butter
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
Instructions
- 1Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper on both sides.
- 2Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and sear the thighs for 5-6 minutes per side, until golden and cooked through to 165°F, then remove to a plate.
- 3Lower the heat to medium and melt the butter in the same skillet.
- 4Add the garlic and red pepper flakes and cook for 30-45 seconds until fragrant but not browned.
- 5Return the chicken to the skillet, spoon the garlic butter over the top, and cook for another minute to warm through.
- 6Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
