Slow-Cooker Salsa Chicken

Ingredients
- 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 cups salsa
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup corn kernels
- shredded cheese, for topping
Instructions
- 1Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker and pour the salsa over the top.
- 2Sprinkle the taco seasoning evenly over the chicken and salsa.
- 3Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours, until the chicken shreds easily and reaches 165°F.
- 4Shred the chicken directly in the slow cooker, then stir in the black beans and corn.
- 5Cook for an additional 10-15 minutes on low to heat the beans and corn through.
- 6Top with shredded cheese and serve over rice, in tacos, or as a bowl.
