Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
- 1 cup raisins
Instructions
- 1Preheat the oven to 350°F and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- 2Whisk together the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
- 3Cream the butter with both sugars until fluffy, then beat in the eggs and vanilla extract.
- 4Mix in the dry ingredients until just combined, then stir in the oats and raisins.
- 5Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the prepared sheets.
- 6Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, until the edges are golden and the centers still look soft.
- 7Cool on the sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
