- 1.5 lb pork tenderloin
- 8 slices bacon
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp maple syrup

- 4Wrap the bacon around the pork, tucking the ends underneath, and place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
- 5Brush the top with maple syrup and roast for 25 to 30 minutes, until the bacon is crisp and the pork reaches 145°F.
- 6Let the tenderloin rest for 5 minutes before slicing into rounds so each piece shows a ring of bacon.
