Honey Garlic Shrimp

Ingredients
- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 tsp sesame seeds, for garnish
- 2 green onions, sliced, for garnish
Instructions
- 1Whisk together the honey, soy sauce, garlic, rice vinegar, and red pepper flakes in a small bowl.
- 2Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the shrimp in a single layer.
- 3Cook for 1 to 2 minutes per side, until just turning pink, then pour in the honey garlic sauce.
- 4Simmer for 1 to 2 minutes, tossing the shrimp to coat, until the sauce thickens and the shrimp are fully opaque.
- 5Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions and serve immediately over rice.
