Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)
- 1 bunch asparagus, woody ends trimmed
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, half sliced and half juiced
- 1 tsp dried dill
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- 1Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a sheet pan with parchment paper or foil.
- 2Arrange the asparagus on one side of the pan and the salmon fillets on the other so they have room to cook evenly on the single pan.
- 3Whisk together the olive oil, melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, dill, salt, and pepper, then drizzle it over both the salmon and the asparagus.
- 4Top each salmon fillet with a lemon slice.
- 5Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and the asparagus is tender-crisp.
- 6Serve right off the pan with any extra pan juices spooned over top.
