Ingredients

  • 3 lb pork baby back ribs, cut into sections
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1.5 cups barbecue sauce, divided
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar

Instructions

  1. 1Rub the ribs all over with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. 2Curl the ribs into the slow cooker, standing them on their edge around the sides if needed to fit.
  3. 3Mix 1 cup of the barbecue sauce with the apple cider vinegar and pour it over the ribs.
  4. 4Cover and cook on low for 6 to 7 hours or on high for 4 hours, until the meat is tender and pulling away from the bone.
  5. 5Carefully transfer the ribs to a baking sheet, brush with the remaining barbecue sauce, and broil for 3 to 5 minutes to caramelize before serving.
