Ingredients
- 3 lb pork baby back ribs, cut into sections
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1.5 cups barbecue sauce, divided
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
Instructions
- 1Rub the ribs all over with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- 2Curl the ribs into the slow cooker, standing them on their edge around the sides if needed to fit.
- 3Mix 1 cup of the barbecue sauce with the apple cider vinegar and pour it over the ribs.
- 4Cover and cook on low for 6 to 7 hours or on high for 4 hours, until the meat is tender and pulling away from the bone.
- 5Carefully transfer the ribs to a baking sheet, brush with the remaining barbecue sauce, and broil for 3 to 5 minutes to caramelize before serving.
