Meatballs in Marinara Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 lb ground pork
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried Italian seasoning
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 4 cups marinara sauce
- 1 lb spaghetti, cooked, for serving
Instructions
- 1In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper, and mix gently until just combined.
- 2Roll the mixture into meatballs about the size of a golf ball.
- 3Pour a thin layer of marinara sauce into the bottom of the slow cooker, then arrange the meatballs on top and cover them with the remaining sauce.
- 4Cover and cook on low for 5 to 6 hours or on high for 3 hours, until the meatballs are cooked through and tender.
- 5Serve the meatballs and sauce over cooked spaghetti, with extra Parmesan on top if desired.
