Currywurst

Ingredients

• 4 bratwurst sausages
• 1 cup ketchup
• 2 tbsp curry powder, divided
• 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
• 1 tbsp brown sugar
• 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
• Vegetable oil, for frying
• French fries, for serving

Instructions

1. 1Simmer ketchup with 1 tbsp curry powder, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, and cayenne 10 minutes to make the sauce.
2. 2Pan-fry or grill bratwurst until browned and cooked through.
3. 3Slice sausages into bite-sized pieces.
4. 4Arrange on a plate and spoon the curry ketchup generously over top.
5. 5Dust with the remaining curry powder.
6. 6Serve immediately with French fries.
